Costs of accommodationPrint
The accommodation costs include the amount of permanent fees to be paid associated with the exploitation of the occupied apartment or house divided by the number of people living in this apartment or house.
In addition, these costs include also charges for electricity, gas, water and sewage disposal, and waste and liquid waste. If these expenses are borne by the landlord of the given premises – such information that the above costs are to be borne by the landlord must be included in the rental agreement. In such a case the amount of these costs is not added to the accommodation costs of the foreigner.
