Proof of reputation, or certificate on lack of arrears in the payment of contributionsPrint
The certificate states that the payer (the company) has no arrears in the payment of social security contributions, health insurance contributions, the Labour Fund and Guaranteed Employee Benefits Fund. The lack of arrears is ascertained for the date of issue of the certificate.
The certificate can be applied for in person or through an authorized attorney. An application for it can also be sent by mail or electronically through the Electronic Submissions System.
The document can be collected in person or received by mail (but not by email). The certificate is issued on pre-numbered forms, and each has its own individual number to prevent fraud.
The certificate is issued if the account of the payer does not show any arrears in contributions. There is no minimum amount of debt that would still allow for the issue of a certificate of no arrears in payment of contributions.
Certificates are issued at the request of the payer of contributions within 7 days from the date of application submission.
