Discounts for issuance of residence cardPrint
Discounted fee for the exchange of a residence card in the amount of 50% is collected from:
1) aliens in financial difficulty;
2) aliens whose purpose of residing in Poland is to study in secondary school and or to pursue higher studies;
3) whose purpose of stay is training and apprenticeships implemented within the European Union programs in Poland;
4) minors, who at the time of application for a residence permit had not turned 16.
The following documents entitle the alien to the discount for the exchange of residence card:
1) certificate of a competent social assistance authority on being the beneficiary of financial assistance;
2) certificate from a secondary school or higher education institution where the alien pursues the education;
3) document confirming the alien’s participation in training and apprenticeships implemented within the European Union programs;
4) birth certificate of a minor foreigner.
