Certificate of discharge of fiscal obligations due to the TreasuryPrint
Such a certificate is issued by the tax office competent for the foreigner''s registered place of residence.
To obtain a certificate, the alien must apply for a certificate of no arrears in payment of taxes or being in arrears. The application can be submitted directly to the tax office or sent via mail.

Fees:
- submission of the application - 0 PLN
- each attachment to the application - 0 PLN
- issuance of the certificate - 21 PLN
Duration of the procedure to grant the certificate is 1 month.
Attention: such a certificate should be submitted even if the alien still has not received the NIP tax identification number.
