The photograph should be recent, not damaged, in colour, measuring 35 x45 mm, taken within previous 6 months with a standardised, fair background, with good focus, clearly showing the eyes and face from the top of the head to the upper part of shoulders, so that the face occupies 70-80% of the photo; the photos should present a person with no headdress and no dark eyeglasses, looking ahead with eyes open and not covered by hair, with a natural face expression and closed non-smiling lips (a person with congenital or acquired eyesight defects may include photographs taken when wearing glasses with dark lenses, and a person wearing headgear in accordance with principles of their religion - photographs taken with headgear; the headgear may not cover or distort the contours of the face).
Photographs should be pasted onto the application in the space provided.
