Information Saturday at the Office for Foreigners — September 26
On September 26, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Information Saturday will take place in Warsaw at the Office for Foreigners (Urząd do Spraw Cudzoziemców).
The event will be held at the Office's premises at ul. Taborowa 33, Warsaw.
The Information Saturdays are organized as part of the FAMI.02.01-IZ.00-0143/25 “W bezpośrednim kontakcie” project, co-financed by the European Union under the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund for 2021–2027, as well as by the state budget.
What will be available during the event?
During the Information Saturday, visitors will be able to:
- obtain information about their case concerning an application for a temporary residence permit, permanent residence permit, or EU long-term resident permit — prior appointment is required in this case;
- obtain information on legalization of stay in Poland;
- collect letters and official notices from the Office;
- submit statements and explanations for the record;
- submit documents at the registry office;
- collect documents issued by the Head of the Office for Foreigners, including a residence card, Geneva Travel Document, and TZTC.
As part of the Information Saturday, visitors will also have the opportunity to meet with experts from the Migrant Info helpline of the International Organization for Migration (IOM).
Our specialists will be present at the event, and anyone interested will be able to approach them with questions and receive a consultation.
