A temporary stay permit for the purpose of seasonal work can be issued to a foreigner when their intention of stay is to work on the basis of a seasonal work permit.

A temporary stay permit for the purpose of seasonal work can be issued to a foreigner, who:

  1. has entered the territory of the Republic of Poland on the basis of a visa issued for the purpose of performing a seasonal job or as part of visa-free travel, resulting from an application for a seasonal work permit entered into the application registry;
  2. holds a seasonal work permit or an extension of a seasonal work permit, which is valid for a period exceeding the period of temporary stay specified in the visa or the period of stay as part of visa-free travel;
  3. has a source of regular and stable income (what is a source of regular and stable income->?);
  4. has health insurance (what documents confirm the possession of health insurance? ->);
  5. has accommodation in the territory of the Republic of Poland (what is an assured place of residence ->?).

NOTICE! A temporary stay permit for the purpose of seasonal work is issued for a period of no longer than 9 months starting on the day of first entry into Poland for the purpose of performing seasonal work.  

A temporary stay permit for the purpose of seasonal work is issued even when the circumstances of applying for this permit do not legitimise the foreigner’s stay in the territory of the Republic of Poland for a period of over 3 months.
