Rights of a job seeker

A person with a job seeker status can take advantage of the job brokerage and placement services, occupational counselling and vocational information services, as well as assistance in active job search offered by the labour offices.

Obligations of a job seeker

The primary obligation of all persons registered as job seekers is to report to the labour office not less frequently than once every 90 days on the established dates, in order to confirm the willingness to benefit from the assistance offered. A job seeker is also required to take part in the courses, training or postgraduate studies offered as part of the support package.
